What is the difference between GEOstacks and PRANAstacks?

GEOstacks are stone stacked necklaces made from ocean tumbled beach stones which are hand picked, drilled, and finished with plated recycled metals. PRANAstacks are stone stacked necklaces made from recycled metal casts in the shape of stones which are sustainably produced, dipped in 14K gold or Rhodium Silver and handcrafted.

 

What are the different styles of GEOstacks and PRANAstacks?

GEOstacks and PRANAstacks come with either a silver or gold finish. For necklace material, adjustable black/white leather or silver/gold ball chains (16,18,20,24″) are available.

 

Is everything sustainably sourced/made?

Mother Nature provides us with our beautiful stones so we have a duty to give back. We are a sustainably minded company and team, so we make sure all our jewelry is sustainably sourced and handmade, and our packaging materials are are all natural and biodegradable.

Where are the stones from?

Our stones are currently sourced from beaches throughout the East Coast of the USA.

Shipping

When will my necklace ship?

Your necklace will ship out within 2 – 7 business days. We will try to get it out as soon as possible but we are a small office!

Can you deliver if I am local?

Yes, if you are located near Providence, RI we can arrange a place to meet up!

Can I come pick up OMstacks or buy them at a store?

We currently don’t have a store front but you can purchase OMstacks in person at all Block Island, RI Farmers Markets (Wed & Sat) and Block Island Arts & Crafts Fairs. You also can find OMstacks at different Art Festivals/Markets throughout Rhode Island during the summer months.

Wild Flower Boutique and Koru Spa on Block Island, RI as well as All That Matter Yoga/Health Center in Wakefield, RI also carry our products. We can meet with you at a location near Providence, RI or we can direct you to our nearest partner store.

 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally! We want the whole world to get their OM on!

 

Where does my order ship from?

Your order ships from our facility in Providence, Rhode Island.

Can you cancel my order?

For the most part, unless it is custom order or it has shipped, we can cancel your order.  Please email us and include your order number, full name, and email address with which you purchased the item.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address and the order has not left, we will attempt to correct.  Please email us and include your order number, full name, email address used to purchased the item, as well as the OLD and NEW shipping addresses.

How can I reach someone regarding my order?

Payment

What types of online payment options are available?

OMstack securely accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is added to all Rhode Island orders.

Do you accept telephone orders?

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to phone in your order, if you prefer or have trouble ordering online.  Call us at 401.864.0838

Can I mail in a check? I don’t like to order online.

Of course!  To order via mail, please call in your order and we will provide you with the total amount as well as our mailing address. Call us at 401.864.0838

How can I reach someone regarding my order?

The best way is to email us.  Please include your order number, full name, and email address with which you purchased the item.

How do discounts & coupons work?

Discounts are applied at the time of purchase, not when an order is shipped. Please remember we cannot apply a discount after the purchase has been completed.

Returns

Can I return my necklace?

OMstack necklaces can be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original, unworn condition.  However, shipping is non-refundable.  In addition, you will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.

Please include a copy of your original email order.  Upon receiving the return, the item will be reviewed and, barring any problems, a refund will be issued within approximately seven days.  We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail, so we recommend you use a traceable/insured parcel service.

Help my necklace broke!

Sometimes, a necklace breaks.  If your item is broken due to manufacturer’s error we will replace it free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
