What is the difference between BEACH and Metal Stones?
Beach stone stacks are pendant necklaces made from ocean tumbled beach stones which are hand picked, drilled, and finished with plated recycled metals. Metal stone stacks are pendant necklaces sustainably produced from recycled metal casts stones dipped in 14K gold or rhodium silver.
What ARE THE DIFFERENT STYLES OF Beach AND METAL STONE STACKS?
Beach stone and metal stone stacks come with either a silver or gold finish. For necklace material, adjustable black or white natural leather is available.
IS EVERYTHING SUSTAINABLY SOURCED AND HANDMADE?
Mother Nature provides us with our beautiful stones so we have a duty to give back. We are a sustainably minded company and team, so we make sure all our jewelry is sustainably sourced and handmade, and all our packaging materials are natural and biodegradable.
WHERE ARE THE STONES FROM?
We hand collect all our stones from beaches across the East and West Coast of the USA.

WHEN WILL MY NECKLACE SHIP?
Your necklace will ship out within 2 – 4 business days. We will try to get it out as soon as possible but we are a small team!
CAN YOU DELIVER OR CAN I PICK UP AN OMSTACK?
Yes, if you are located near Providence, RI or Los Angeles, CA we can arrange a place to meet up!
CAN YOU BUY OMSTACKS AT ANY STORES?
We have wholesale partners across the country. We also sell at various Arts & Crafts fairs throughout New England and Los Angeles, California. Your order will ship from either our facility in Providence, Rhode Island or Los Angeles, California.

Keep in mind we normally ship orders out within 2 – 5 days of the order being placed. If you order was lost in the mail we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund!

how do discounts and coupons work?
Discounts are applied at the time of purchase, not when an order is shipped. Please remember we cannot apply a discount after the purchase has been completed.
RETURNS
can i return my omstack and get a FULL refund?

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their products! If you for some reason dont like your OMstack you can send it back to us within 90 days and get a 100% refund!! We know you will love your OMstack but we want to make sure everyone is happy with their purchase! Email us at omstack@gmail.com if you would like a refund for your OMstack.

Mail your necklace back to us at: OMstack: RETURNS 30 Forest Street, Providence RI 02906. Please include a copy of your original email order. Upon receiving the return, a refund will be issued within approximately seven days. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail, so we recommend you use a traceable/insured parcel service.

help my necklace broke!

Sometimes, a necklace breaks. If your item is broken due to manufacturer’s error we will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund within 90 days of purchase. If your leather knots came undone we will send you a new leather cord free of charge! Email us at omstack@gmail.com if you have any issues with your OMstack.
